Metody płatności

Po złożeniu zamówienia:

1. Przygotowujemy towar – kompletujemy zamówienie i pakujemy je w paczki lub na palety, w zależności od gabarytów.

2. Informujemy Cię o szczegółach wysyłki – poinformujemy Cię, ile paczek lub palet obejmuje Twoje zamówienie oraz zaproponujemy koszt dostawy (jeśli wybierasz naszego przewoźnika).

3. Wystawiamy fakturę pro forma – na podstawie ustaleń przygotowujemy dokument zawierający pełną kwotę do zapłaty, wraz z kosztami wysyłki.

4. Realizacja po zaksięgowaniu środków – zamówienie realizujemy po zaksięgowaniu przelewu na naszym koncie bankowym.

Po otrzymaniu wpłaty:

• Jeśli wybrałeś transport zorganizowany przez nas, poinformujemy Cię, że przesyłka została nadana.

• Jeśli odbierasz towar osobiście lub poprzez własnego kuriera, dostaniesz informację, że zamówienie jest przygotowane i gotowe do odbioru.

• Przelew tradycyjny na podstawie faktury pro forma (preferowana forma płatności)
  
  Dodatkowo wyłącznie na terenie Polski możliwa jest opcja wysyłki za pobraniem 
  
  
  
  
  

  Payment Methods

  After placing an order:

  • We prepare the goods – we complete the order and pack it into parcels or pallets, depending on the size and weight.

  • We inform you about the shipping details – you will be notified how many parcels or pallets your order includes and we will provide a delivery cost estimate (if you choose our carrier).

  • We issue a pro forma invoice – based on the arrangements, we will prepare a document with the total amount due, including shipping costs.

  • Order processing begins once the payment is received – we will start processing your order after the transfer is credited to our bank account.

  After receiving the payment:

  • If you selected transport organized by us, you will receive a notification that the shipment has been dispatched.

  • If you are collecting the goods in person or via your own carrier, you will be informed that the order is ready for pickup.

  🧾 Accepted payment methods:

  • Traditional bank transfer based on the pro forma invoice (preferred payment method)

  • Additionally, within Poland only, cash on delivery (COD) is available.
